The following Refund Policy applies to all users and is part of the Terms of Service.
REFUNDS FOR DIRECT PURCHASES
We offer partial or full refunds within the first 7 days of your purchase at our sole discretion. You will not receive a refund if 7 days have passed since your purchase.
We may provide partial refunds or set a minimum refund threshold to offset any additional fees or expenses. Each refund request will be assessed individually to ensure fairness.
For subscription-based products, refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- This is your first month being subscribed
- Your subscription did not include a free trial period.

To initiate a refund request, please open a ticket in our Support Server, providing your order number, reason for refund, and an invoice or proof of purchase containing order details.
- You must provide a reason for requesting a refund
- Refund requests based on intimidation will not be entertained. All refund decisions are at our discretion. We are more inclined to grant refunds in cases of respectful communication.
- Disputing a purchase (chargeback) will lead to permanent termination and blacklisting from our services, with no refund provided.
- A valid receipt and order number are mandatory for refund processing.
